[RC] Pink Flamingo Classic - Lynn White
I'd like to second Naomi's entry and add that the caliper of riders and horses
at this ride was amazing. There were incredibly fast times and serious
competitive riders yet no metabolic issues and an amazing completion rate.
With the hills and heat one would have expected many more pulls.
Linda and Sally are both amazing ride managers and left no small detail
uncovered. I LOVED the Burma-Shave signs with the Pink Flamingo trivia and the
ice pops at the second loop holds. Nice touches!
Definately put this ride on your calendar for next year. It's way worth the
drive. Hope they have an award for oldest pick-up. I'll just have to nurse
the old '77 Ford through another season.
