[RC] ibuprofen in your saddle bags - Maggie Mieske

A word of caution: ?ibuprofen thins the blood. ?If you take it regularly, it will slow clotting if you are injured and bleeding. ?No big deal for a little boo boo. ?But if you come off your horse and are seriously injured, especially a head trauma, do NOT take ibuprofen. ?Tylenol is a safer alternative.

Ahhhh, YES, I forgot the TP in a baggie! Never leave home without it. :o)
Also, I've always got some ibuprofen.
