A kind fellow member wrote me that my previous note might sound as if
Jeanette was soliciting donations. As far as I know, SHE DID NOT
SOLICIT ANY DONATIONS.
After I saw Maryben's and Joe's posts, I emailed Jeanette to tell her I
wanted to donate something and to whom should I make out the check,
"Jeanette Tolman" or "Big Horn 100, Inc."? She emailed me back that
"Big Horn 100" was the right choice.
I apologize if anyone interpreted my note to RC as a statement that
Jeanette had requested donations. Again, as far as I know, Jeanette
has NOT asked for donations to help defray expenses for the Big
Horn rides.
I just hope more of our "family" can find $5 to send to the Big Horn
100. It sounds like such a fantastic ride and it would be a shame to
lose it.
