[RC] re: head dipping - IDWTGTS or IDIBIC - Michelle Aquilino

My horse, Cheyenne, does it because of IDIBIC.? She rarely starts to go faster after dipping her head, and just does it to loosen the reins and annoy me =P? She doesn't do it very often, but when she does, bah =P

I agree with Jonni's assessment of how to tell if it's likely to be behavioral or physical.? Her description of "his head lowers, then the nose shoves forward, all of this in one smooth, fairly quick movement" is pretty accurate, that is exactly what Cheyenne does, pretty much.

I love her though, ha ha ;-)
