OK Board Member; please quantify exactly
who will then determine what is a failed drug test? What will the criteria be
for such determination and how will the decision be reinforced?

I did not mean that
their rules applied to AERC but just a reference to what they actually test
for. As I understand it from the board meeting in Kentucky, USEF will
test, quantify the results and send them to us. What we do with them is
up to AERC............mb
