[RC] Yucca in feed - Sandy Adams - sherman

Title: Message
I don't think you need a vet to answer that one (:>)  This particular feed has high protein content, so it might be a good idea to switch to something else anyway. Or a mix of 2 different feeds, one without the yucca and a lower protein content, then in the few days before the ride, drop the high pro/yucca from the ration? Just a thought if you don't want to totally drop the current feed from the diet.

A question for you vets out there - would it not be better for the horse to simply choose another feed than to CHANGE feeds just before an event? I get a little squiggly over that prospect. I hardly change my own SOCKS right before a ride.
