I have been using Renegades for a short
period, so I am no expert by any means. I live in Atlantic Canada, in an
area that has only rock, tree roots and mud!
I have been very very happy with my
Renegades! On my first conditioning run with my mare I was going out the
back dirt road when we went knee deep in a sucking mud sink hole! Thank
got we were only walking because I would have had some serious injuries
otherwise. Boots stayed on! The Velcro did come undone, and the very
intelligent rider didn't bother to reapply it, so a few miles later she did a
weird dance and I looked down and the boot had come off, but was held in place
with the gaitor. I just reapplied the boot and went on our merry
way!
I love my renegades! Not sure why
Janice was having the problems with the heel captivator (I find that the easiest
part. Janice maybe you should talk to Kirt from Renegade? He has
been great with me.)
