Re: [RC] Danny the mule - Dot Wiggins

These are cute, but a couple comments   JMHO
It's best to keep the saddle horse turned butt toward whatever you are trying to pull.   This uses the strongest muscles, lets the breast collar take the pressure off the pulling horse's back.  If you get side ways the saddle horse can get jerked off his feet.

And last but certainly not least  WHY HAVE YOU GOT THE LEAD ROPE WRAPPED AROUND YOUR ARM???

I do mean to be yelling here!!  This is a way to get really hurt!!!!

Sorry, I just couldn't let this go.

Subject: [RC] Danny the mule

Ok...got new video here.  I recently opened up my fence to a lush grass field.  I put the horses out on the grass during the day, get them off in the afternoon.  Little Danny won't go through the opening...he is scared that the electric fence is still there.  SO, Angie suggested that I tie him to Rose and if she wants the grass enough, she would drag him through.  So, I decided to "pony" him with her through.  I have two videos, this is the first one.  The second one we get him into the grass field.

PS.  Maybe Rose has a new career ahead of her...roping.
