[RC] saddle for rider just starting out - response to sharon - Cindy Stafford

H Sharon - FWIW, I used a Wintec 2000 with Cair when i first started LD's and LOVED it.  The CAIR made it very easy on the behind, like riding on a waterbed.  For stirrups i used the endurance EZ stirrup (i think that's the brand?) with the cages.  Prices are reasonable for new (less than $600 still?) and you can pick one up on ebay of course for cheaper.  Adjustable gullets are another nice perk.

They have an endurance style and australian style too if your friend isn't keen on the english style.  A buddy rider rides in the australian style.
