The secret to having comp miles count is to ride in
a region or state that recognizes both comp, end, and LD for mileage
awards!!! UMECRA does this except it only recognizes UMECRA mileage.
MI recognizes miles from anywhere whether end, LD, or comp as long as one is a
member of GLDRA. I can't remember anymore what OH does other than both
comp and end and LD count for year end mileage awards.
