Of course, the rules or set of minimum rules would have to be worked out. It is even possible that two sets of score sheets would need to be filled out. (like when a AHA CTR ride happens along with a UMECRA Competitive Ride). Or the AERC may have to just decide to accept the results from a list of co-sanctioning orgs even though miles in MN were achieved under different rules than in GA.

My bottom line is: It would be a good thing, but would require lots of work and good will to work out the details. As an actual practical matter I don't see it happening.
