Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I found a bottle of flax seed oil and have started using that instead of
grinding flax seed. Is that just as good? I keep it in the fridge and it's
in a nice dark bottle. I ran into it at Meijer. It's 13.50 for a 16 ounce
bottle. Does anyone know where I could get it for a better price?
