RE: [RC] Tribute to the Dog - Juli Jakub

My two cents ( being the proud owner of three rescued dogs and two ferrets) is that all animals have good seeds and bad seeds just like human beings. Cats certainly are not perfect and I have met plenty that cause trouble marking the house ,attacking people when they come in, my ever favorite leaving small dead animals in places for you to find, decreasing the songbird population drastically in some areas, and many other annoying habits. I have personally suffered some severe scratches from cats for doing nothing more than walking in the door. Dogs have their bad habits as well. I won't mention my bad habits!! Sometimes it is personality, sometimes it is training, sometimes a combination of both, but one is definately not better than the other...just different. I have owned many dogs that fit that lovely speech to the T and many who don't even come close! You want a hoot...get a ferret! Now that is a hilarious pet, but loyalty would not be the first word I use to describe them!

Juli Jakub I've spent most of my life riding horses. The rest I've just wasted. ~Anonymous
