From: LOPE Texas <info@xxxxxxxxxx> Two Good Horses Need Homes ASAP! Located at Retama racetrack, in Selma (Near San Antonio) LOPE has just learned about two horses that need homes right away. They are both located at Retama racetrack in Selma (near San Antonio). Mr. Novak: 10 year old @16H bay gelding. Mr. Novak hasn't raced in a long time -- he's all let down and even has some post-track training! He has been used to pony horses at the track -- so he rides nicely in Western and is used to all kinds of activity. Trainer says he's a great horse, loves to work and learn new things. Not quite a kid's horse yet, but well mannered and good to ride for anyone with some riding experience. Well bred too (click here for pedigree). Good home an absolute must for this handsome boy. Hot For Heather: 2 year old @15.3H bay filly. This filly was just way to slow to ever be a racehorse. Very pretty and feminine looking with long legs and a kind eye. She's ready to learn a new job, one that she can be better at. Trainer says she's a nice filly and just needs some time to finish growing and be someone's special riding horse.
