I didn't forget but those land managers aren't on Ridecamp.  I just felt 
that if we on Ridecamp are going to waste our time and energy debating 
this issue [ like we NEVER do THAT :) ], we should at least start with 
an agreement on what we are debating.

We aren't discussing rides in just Wilderness Areas.  We are addressing 
the issue of holding rides in *any* areas from which we are currently 
banned.
