I think for Minnesota cold, the
barn beanie might be warmer than the skull caps. The barn beanie does require
that you take out your helmet liner, indicating a little bulk. My husband and
son have the bike skull caps, but they don’t keep the ears as warm as
fleece. Just a thought…
