[RC] National Championship - Diane FruthHi,The National Championship will never be the ROC again, unless you find someone like Susan Gibson step up to the plate. AERC is not responsible for the NC they are our sanctioning body, the Ride Managers/Clubs who host the AERC National Championship are. I'm sorry I don't think our office would know how to put on a AERC NC:) Talk was discussed a few years back about HIRING & PAYING a NC Staff to run it. I sure that would have brought comments/complaints too! IN TODAY'S ECONOMY I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I AM THANKFUL OUR AERC RIDERS HAVE A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TO COMPETE IN. No one is going to totally agree with the way the NC is being run.,right now the NC works.... It is not easy putting on a National Championship ,it take lots of work, time, money and volunteers. Riders can always cherish their memories of remembering WHEN.
