Our color is bright yellow anyway, so I'm usually covered in that:
bright yellow bridle/reins/breastplate,
orange helmet cover with yellow reflective strap around that,
bright yellow rump rug (rolled behind saddle if too warm),
bright yellow windbreaker with hunter orange bib over that,
bright yellow reflective leg cuffs (on horse),
AND AND AND
a set of orange rhythm beads with extra loud bells.

No, sorry, no pictures.  I try NOT to be photographed like that!
