OK guys, enough of this boring stuff. Time to talk about the National
Championships. Why are we talking about 2010 WEC when next week is our
National Championship??? Honestly, the 2010 WEC will be held around a
bunch of pastures...the National Championship is gonna have...(perish the
thought) HILLS!!! Lots of'em! :-D

Looks like I get to go up and cover the ride for endurance.net and I'm
going to do my darndest to keep you guys right on top of who is in and
who's out. Anybody want to make any predictions on the winners? I'm
putting my money on Val in the 100. I believe she's riding Ali, her
number one choice to take to Malaysia who wasn't chosen because he's so
difficult to control. Heck, if a horse can run away so fast he misses the
turn back to camp and does the first loop *twice* in an FEI ride...and
*still* win by an hour...who cares if she can control him? >g< I just
wanna look at that get up Val has on his head up close. I'll be sure to
get a photo for you guys.

Should be a heck of a race, there are horses out there who were primed
and ready for the WEC who, since they didn't get tapped for that one
should be ready to roll on at the NC...and then there's always the
spoilers...folks who were able to train their own way without coaching
who can bring their mount in just the way *they* think he should be
prepared. What fun!

I'm searching for the entry list and haven't found it yet..but know it's
out there somewhere. Anybody wanna post a link?
