[RC] WNV vaccinations - Carrie Kitley

I was just reading some articles on West Nile vaccinations and all the horrible problems some people have had with deformed foals, mares who couldn't get pregnant or aborted, etc., the list goes on.  All of this apparently due to the timing of WNV vaccinations, specifically Fort Dodge's version.
Has anyone had any issues with this?  Are the anomalies specific to Fort Dodge or all WNV vaccinations?  Some of the articles were over 5 years old so I don't if there's still an issue or not.  I've been considering breeding my mare, so I need to know if WNV vaccine is a bad idea or not.
This is what I came across:  (Sorry the link is so huge)
