This is rather confusing. If one does a ride while "dues are in arrears", one would have been charged the $15 non-member fee (or whatever it's officially known as:) -- the rider would have been a member at the time of the event. Why would the organization not record the results for all members at events?

(p.s. note that even if the non-member (as memebers who's dues are in arrears are non-memers) is allowed to ride w/o paying the $15, the ride manager WILL be forced to pay it ...:( so AERC should not just record the results of all members who enter the competition?)
