Feb. 1 is an important date for membership renewal. Renewing 
before Feb.1 will keep your name in the online members directory 
available from your members page. Not renewing by Feb. 1 also 
causes the following:

Members whose dues are not renewed by February 1st lose all 
privileges of membership. The magazine will not be sent and any 
mileage for rides attended while dues are in arrears will not be 
counted toward any awards for the current season.

Mileage will begin accruing after receipt of membership dues, 
however, if dues are paid after February 1st, any mileage for 
rides attended before that date will be added at the end of the 
season after the final standings have been completed.

The PIN includes names like tevis, biltmore, old dominion, and 
swanton. It will fill out your renewal form with all the current 
information and you only need to update those items that have 
changed. You will be able to handle family, vet, subscription 
only, and Juniors from this online entry. The office will be able 
to place your information in the office database without retyping 
it and avoid errors. It's by credit card only(Visa/MC). If you 
intend to pay by check - then download the form at

and paper mail it to the office with your check. Or use the form 
from EN.

You can also contact the office on our toll free line at 
866-271-2372 to renew over the telephone.
