Like they say on FOHTD, anyone with a computer, printer and an “office”
can create a registry. That’s why we have the Blue Eyed Horse Registry, among
others, out there!

How can you develop a
"breed registry" for a particular horse's 'way of going' and a
specific sport? That's not a "breed!" Isn't that like
developing a breed registry for floppy-eared dogs that play frisbee?
