Agreed. Susan got me my first replacement, the first one would only stay cool about 90 minutes. The second goes less than 2.5 hours after very little use and never being washed in any washer.
It is an extra small. My friend with a small, hers performs perfectly. Mine is flat as can be, no little beads inside. It is no fun wearing one that dries out so quickly and you have no way to replenish it, neither a plastic bag nor a bucket, that happened while shooting a medieval and kids rodeo this weekend.
Cristy and I shot the outdoor Santa Fe Grand Prix in June (hot) with our vests on, so there was a 1:1 comparison.
Mine went dead flat too and quit working after only three usages. I had only had rinsed it and laid flat to dry. Susan Favro helped me get a replacement because the company would not answer my emails. Thank you Susan.
