[RC] Fasha 86-08 - Roger RittenhouseQuick note to this list. My old mare FASHA 1/2 Arab/Morgan/STBD was euthanized today. She was 30. I had her since she was 16 months old. She had a bad stroke yesterday. Fell and was a bit messed up. She is resting next to the barn up on a noll, looking over the gang. I broke, trained and conditioned her. She had somewhere around 5500 to 6000 miles combined, ECTRA CTR, AERC50, IAHA, NATRC She never did a LD :) Never did AERC100. Had 4 or 5 OD50 Buckles. Never pulled from an AERC ride. About 5 or 6 ECTRA pulls. Rode her since she was 4 until 24, she had 20 years of some form of competition. Add to that all the yahoo good ole boy rides... she was well beer pop tab broke. :) She was IAHA RES Nat Champion in 89 and won a V-MAX EHRM from Tom Ivers.. and you know the rest of the story. Her daughter Fame and 'baby boy' Omni are still looking for her. Even T is calling and he only knew her from over the fence for 2 weeks. Fasha liked her men :) Those in the NE may remember her. Most of her miles were in the NE. She did many rides in the SE from 1994, with her last 50 miler at 19yr (JD50). She rode NATRC until 24 yrs old
