Re: [RC] anyone figured out the new classifieds/horse for saleinterface? - Diane Trefethen

It has those little arrows on the Title, State, Price and Entry Date columns that usually indicate the entries can be sorted by clicking on the column name. When I click on them, the ad list seems to resort itself, but never in any order that seems logical to me.

What are those little arrow things there for? Are they broken, or am I?

I think THEY are.

1) The sort features do not seem to work at all.

2) When you first bring up "Horse for Sale", the "Newest" horses are listed newest first/oldest last BUT

3) At the top of the first page (and on down for however many horses are listed), are the "Featured" horses. This group does not appear to be sortable at all AND

4) At the bottom of page 1, and presumably other pages if there are sufficient listings, is "Newest Auction". It does not appear as though this grouping is sortable either.

5) Lastly, if you DO click on any heading, presumably to sort on it, the page you are on does look as if it were sorted randomly. But don't worry. All you have to do is switch pages and PRESTO/CHANGO!!! The "Newest" are once again sorted newest to oldest.

I think jt should either remove the buttons or get an algorithm that works :)
