[RC] 25 to 50's - rides2far

>>>I just slid behind it, like I would if I was riding double, and go for a couple of miles until I was ready to get back in the saddle.

I remember when I was a teen and my friends and I would ride all day...so much *walking*, and we'd get soo sore. We would ride up beside each other and without getting off switch horses just to feel a different saddle under us, or we'd sit behind the saddle on their rump like you did. What kills me is that we never once had the bright idea of *getting off and walking* to get the soreness out! That was another thing I should have mentioned for someone who is in pain on their first 50, *Get off the darned horse and walk the cramps out!" If you're going to walk anyway, loosen up! It will do wonders.
