Jeff’s contact and liaison to the equestrian community. If her statement “The BLM will provide equestrians with three access points to the river so horses can drink. One
on the Magnolia/Strazza side and two on the Cronan Ranch Side.
Three access points to the river are very
reasonable. “ is longer true, then maybe some
adjustments can be made for river access. If she rides there 3 times a week she
too would be concerned about any lack of water. It gets too darned hot out tere
to be without water.
