EVERYTHING needs to be regulated to some degree. Granted, gas, healthcare, etc. ARE very important but so are the creatures we hold so dear. But I would much rather see Congress work on the important stuff like the cost of gasoline/diesel, health care, food shortages and so forth. After all, I didn't send my senators and congressmen to DC to investigate steroid use in sports, or horse racing.
