I think children often write or speek like this when they are given the oppurtunity to 'teach'... just imitateing their own teachers...<g> Have you ever heard children playing 'school'?  Goodness, my granddaugher can do an exact voice of my bossy 3rd grade teacher...

 

 I enjoyed the article simply because she did such a good job of writing it.
