[RC] Selenium Vit.E Help - Don Huston

Hay tested at 0.35ppm Se so 15lbs has 2.4mg Se per day.
Feb 15, 2008 I started my endurance horse, Datezz, on 10g of Selenium Yeast (2000mcg of Se per gram of yeast x 10 = 20mg Se) per day for 14 days plus 4000IU Vit.E per day.
Feb 29 blood test showed serum Se at 0.14ppm did not test Vit.E.
Feb 29 reduced Se yeast to 6g (12mg Se) per day plus 4000IU Vit.E for 90 days.
June 2 blood test showed serum Se at 0.29ppm and Vit.E at 4.7ppm.

Datezz's attitude and energy have improved a lot in the 90 days. My questions are what would be a good level of Se and Vit.E to maintain and howmuch of the supplements do I need to continue to feed to keep those levels?

Thanks for any help or suggestions,

Don Huston
