Can anybody tell me the reason that Magnesium sulfate is on the
prohibited substances list?

I know of plenty of commercial feeds that include it as a
supplement...and I have been known to do the same thing myself...for the
magnesium, which is an essential mineral.

Seems totally nutty to me.
