[RC] "Tough as Sh*t" (was: Longstreet' Charge) - k s swigart

Angie McGee said:

The trail was proclaimed "Tough as Sh*t" by
someone who *lives* at Leatherwood, so I
suppose he knows what he's talking about.

I must confess I am having a hard time reconciling the idea that a trail
is "Tough as Sh*t" with this information from the results in an earlier
post:

1. Diane Smith 6:13 on Prism Wizard
2. Gary Sanderson 6:13 on Galapago Amigo

Unless the 6:13 after these rider's name does not refer to the time it
took to negotiate the course. That's and average of almost 9ph!

In my book, any 55 mile trail that can be negotiated on horse back in 6
hours and 13 minutes does not meet the description of "tough as sh*t."

Am I missing something, is the 6:13 NOT the ride time, or is "tough" a
relative term (as a comparison, the winning time for the Malibu 55 was
7:34 with the next horse coming in almost 1/2 hour later).
