Using the online ride results program mentioned below in a recent 
email to ride managers, there are 3 rides that were held last 
Saturday that already have the official results in the AERC 
database and online within 3 days after the ride.

Any questions or comments about the Technical Committee program

On your member's page - you can set up alerts to let you know when 
the results are posted, if there is a problem with the number on a 
horse you rode, and more.

The AERC Technical Committee has updated the online web interface for:

    * Entering your ride results
    * Checking whether a member is current in dues
    * Correcting wrong horse and rider AERC #
    * Calculating the fees to be sent to the office
    * Calculating ride times
    * Entering BC results
    * Sending your ride results directly to the office for submission

Using this interface will reduce errors significantly
by always having the correct information about a
horse/rider and with no need to retype the ride
results into the office database.

About 1/3 of the rides have entered their results successfully 
this season.
