RE: [RC] another pitbull attack - Gerry & Cindy

I think the owners are totally at fault for not having their dogs on leash. Would some other breed of dog do the same thing? Maybe. We need to SCREAM at the officials, State parks officials, the sheriffs office, whatever it takes to get these hikers to obey the rules!!!!
