I met a small truck (Toyota type) pulling a long box bumper pull trailer on the highway. There was a dip in the road as they went through a small railroad tunnel. When he hit that dip that trailer started fishtailing (just as we passed each other). I looked in my mirror and watched that trailer whip farther and farther right to left till it started slinging that truck back and forth like popping a whip. Then it just did a 180 and came to a stop facing the way he'd come from. Scared me to death. Hate to think what it did to him.
