Lucy, I fixed things back up:) 3 things:

1) use "millitary time"; so unless you were rideing at 2am - it would  
be 14:57:00 as your first start time
2) don't change anything in the colored cells - that is all  
calculated. if it shows strange things (like #VALUE) then you have  
entered a time incorrectly (in your case you entered 3:48.56 which  
should have been 15:48:56)
3) the loop average time calculation is not correct in the original  
vet card. I was too lazy to average only non-zero values, so the  
average time is calculated wrong. (I changed this on your vetcard so  
that the average is only over 3 loops, but if you do a forth one, the  
average will not be right unless you add that new cell to the average  
calculation)

(p.s. the VVMarchMaddness ride is 1/2 over today - the Ides of  
March!! - Entries are still open (till the 20th) and I'm expecting to  
see some drastic lead changes as the training rides of early march  
give way to the longer competitions of the next 2 weeks!
