Maybe the turtle award would go to the person with the largest ratio of rideTime/distance? I'm not sure what makes the most sense in this case.

It can't really go to the shortest distance or shortest ride time, I'm already worried that our completion rate will be low (b/c there seem to be about 40% of the riders that sign-up and then never update their vet cards).
