[RC] Flipped or displaced palate - Beth Leggieri

Does anyone in the Ridecamp community have experience with the effect of a permanently flipped (or frozen) palate "on one side" (result of an infection) as it relates to the performance ability of an endurance horse?

The caveat: The rider does not compete at a fast pace, shooting for a finish-in-time pace. The horse would be "limited" to limited distance by rider choice.
