Re: Fwd: 2008 VV Classic! (was Re: [RC] 2030) - Truman Prevatt

That sounds about right. Believe it or not I set two times on my watch. Since I had a watch I can do that on, one has been set to UTC (GMT). It just makes my life a lot easier. You think we have confusing times with our time zones some countries have 1/2 hour time zones. For example Alice Springs Australia is a half hour off (Alice Springs = UTC + 9:30) as is correctly Kabul Afghanistan (Kabul = UTC + 4:30 ). You thing we have it confusing in the US - try keeping straight half hour time zones.

again, use: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

with London: 8pm 25Dec as your base time. The converter will tell you when your local time will be:)

(ps. Steph is headed to JhunJhnunu Rajasthan in January. Her local start time would be 1:30AM (as Rajasthan is +5:30 GMT (or UTC==GMT==Zulu times)
