Just one caveat to that ... the tree itself has to be the correct  
width for the horse, or no amount of reflocking will work.  I have a  
medium-tree Lauriche saddle that I really love.  It has foam panels,  
which didn't need reflocking, but Caisson takes a wide tree, so ..  
new saddle.
