[RC] Humane Society (OT) - sherman

My thought is that they should have contacted the owner to persuade her
to get rid of some of the dogs before making a publicity campaign out of
the situation.

Kathy

Someone must have called them, or they would not have known about the
place. If they were raiding the place, why would they notify the owner
ahead of time? If the dogs were fat, they were probably still a nuisance
to the neighbors ~ who are probably the ones who called. If the dogs
were fat, the lady didn't NEED help (except psychological).

If you don't care about dogfighting, puppy mills, crating pigs and
lambs, and all the other abuse that the HS have helped to educate people
about, and put an end to, they don't want your money, I am sure.

Terry
