please tell me if this is correct.  i was told to drag pastures and kill worm eggs it had to be at least ninety degrees and you should let it lay for at least two weeks?  i was told freezing did not kill them.

You're actually breaking up the manure so that the worm eggs are exposed to sunlight, which kills them.
 
Dragging is also a good practice in terms of fertilization.  We can really tell a difference in ours when we drag.
