[RC] Classic Cover Ups Gortex - Theresa

I have to Horses in Black gortex sheets - the unlined ones which really have a
very thin lining - perhaps like Ed said, to keep the skin oil off the gortex
fabric. Mine really only get used when the horses are tied to the trailer in
the rain, but they do work, keeping them dry. If it's cool I have a polar
fleece or other liner to put on under the gortex to wick away the sweat after
the ride, then change it to a different dry liner. These sheets tend to run
big, like weatherbetta blankets.

I also have a classic coverup symatex sheet that will work for a few hours, but
not an all day rain. Spend the money & get the gortex because it works.
