[RC] New hauling question... - Burnett, Elly

Title: New hauling question...

I'm hauling a horse back home for the month of December for the first time, and am unfamiliar with hauling in cold weather.  Should I blanket?  I'm not a big blanketer anyways, and would actually have to purchase one specifically for the purpose.  I worry about him being in the trailer with restricted movement for 5-6 hours with air blowing in.  The trailer has solid sides, but the back is open a bit, and I worry about him getting chilly.  He's got a good winter coat, but I'm afraid it won't be enough.

Any thoughts?
