[RC] Endurance prospect in New England? - Sharon Levasseur

I have a friend looking to get into distance riding. She does a lot of trail riding now but her background is in stock-type horses... and unfortunately she's had one full-Arab who "was crazy" so she doesn't want another one.

She's looking for either a half-Arab, or a narrow-built QH or Paint or App or Morgan or Mustang or whatever. She would prefer a gelding but would take a mare who isn't alpha. She'd like it to be trained W/T/C and have some grasp of what leg aids mean. Ideal height would be 15h but she'd go as low as 14.2h.

Her budget, I believe, is no more than $3000.

Anyone know of anything?

Thanks in advance,
-Sharon L. in Maine
