Re: [RC] [RC] Heart rate monitors - April

I use Roger Rittenhouse's adapter kit to adapt a human transmitter (Garmin Forerunner 305 to be exact) to my horse. Works great. I've been using one for a couple years now. Used it on my Forerunner 301 as well.

ugh.  Transmitter line broke on polar HRM

Does anyone know if it can be fixed?  Has anyone successfully used the human transmitter belt adapted to your horse?  I thought I had read on here someone had.

Baring that, I see the UK has a HRM girth now.  Does anyone have any experience with THAT or is there a US distributor?  I've come so close to breaking the transmitter line that now that it is broke, I want to use it as an excuse to go a different route.
