p.s.  I also have another horse with a bump on his fetlock.  This bump
also is nowhere near any articulating surfaces, tendons or ligaments.
It doesn't bother him a bit.  He got it by whacking his leg on a
stationary object...I was there when he did it.  I am unconcerned.
