Our old camper has exactly the arrangement Raven mentions - battery power
running a forced air propane heater, factory installed.

We also have two flower pots.  If all else fails, my husband turns on one of
the burners of the stove and puts a clay flower pot over it long enough to
change clothes or get dressed in the morning.  It really radiates heat.
We're a little rustic here on the farm.
