Re: [RC] cold shoulder, different ride times? - Becky Hackworth

Maybe it is because I am on my feet all day at work. They gave us pedometers once. I AVERAGE 3 miles per day on a slow day. At home I cover at least twice that.

I also brisk walk around 4MPH. A few years ago I could do our 3 mile loop of gently rolling hills and a couple good climbs in 36 minutes. But I've slowed down now and it takes 40-45 min.

Ah, Becky, is that YOU or your horse that can walk at 4 mph? :-)) I
know my very fastest walk, and I think I walk rather briskly compared to
some folks, is 3.5 mph, but I'm really stretching to do that. Better at
3 mph. That's my walk, not my horse's. If YOU can walk at 4 mph, my
hat is off to you. That's amazing...
